MSCs-Exos could attenuate R-Smad 6 expression to promote neuronal regeneration by carrying TGFβ. MSCs-Exos with miR-let-7a-5p downregulated SMAD2 expression by inhibiting HMGA2 to promote neuronal regeneration.
